Director of Culinary

Having won Chopped eight times and making many appearances on the Food Network and various other TV cooking shows, Demetrio Zavala is a culinary force to be reckoned with. Originally from the D.C. restaurant industry, with experience working under famous chefs in New York, he has started focusing more on farm-to-table, and now grows his own vegetables that he uses in his award-winning recipes.

YES YES YES! THIS IS A MUST TRY! Elyssa and Tommy we're amazing host. The vibe was great and the service was so on point I couldn't be happier. The food was one of the most delicious spots we been to by far.
